- Official name of commune is Gravedona ed Uniti [1]
Gravedona → Gravedona ed Uniti – The municipality changed its name after the annexation of two smaller disbanded municipalities in May 2011.--95.236.154.206 (talk) 01:19, 17 May 2011 (UTC)
- Support, but the municipal name change info should be added to the article with references! -- P 1 9 9 • TALK 14:03, 18 May 2011 (UTC)
- Comment waiting for references for the change Tiggerjay (talk) 05:44, 25 May 2011 (UTC)
- Oppose for now, pending evidence in terms of WP:AT. Note also WP:official names. Andrewa (talk) 20:07, 25 May 2011 (UTC)
- In any case, the main topic being sought here will probably be the village, rather than the municipality. It makes sense to have the article called "Gravedona", then mention in the article that Gravedona is the seat of a municipality called "Gravedona ed Uniti". Though I don't particularly oppose changing the article title to the municipality name, if that's how all the others are done.--Kotniski (talk) 11:28, 26 May 2011 (UTC)
- Comment: To make this an article about the town would be a fairly major rewrite, the article was originally [2] about the commune, and the infobox and most of the article content (which is still not much) refer to the commune. But there is already a redirect from Gravedona ed Uniti to this article. It's a possible way forward. No change of vote. Andrewa (talk) 17:27, 26 May 2011 (UTC)
